General Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for the development of existing products, the creation of new and alternative products in the real estate field, as well as new business opportunities in this sector.

The role involves product management, monitoring and controlling processes, developing sales strategies, analyzing data, and closely collaborating with all departments to ensure the efficiency and success of business projects to meet the company's growth objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

- Product Development: Develop and improve existing real estate products and create new and alternative products to meet market demands.

- Business Opportunities Identification: Analyze the market, identify, and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.

- Product Management: Monitor and control processes related to existing products.

- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve the company’s growth objectives.

- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze relevant data to evaluate product performance. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for management and for the periodic evaluation of product and strategy performance.

- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and project teams to ensure efficient product implementation and management.

Requirements:

- Higher education in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.

- Professional certifications in sales are an advantage.

- Advanced-intermediate English proficiency is an advantage.

- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in real estate, is an advantage.

- Experience in product development and sales strategy implementation.

Interpersonal Skills:

- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
